Once again this year, DJ Mag released the “Top 100 Festivals” ranking, voted directly by the fans.
In 2025, the world of electronic and mainstream festivals saw big confirmations and some new entries. Let’s take a look at the top ten positions in this special chart.

At the top of the chart we find once again Tomorrowland, the Belgian giant that keeps its first-place spot for the fourth time and for the third year in a row. Tomorrowland feels like the center of the world. It’s definitely the most popular festival, with a stunning mainstage, over 400,000 people across two weekends, and a massive lineup.
In second place, still strong, is the Ultra Music Festival in Miami. As we’ve said before, it’s a totally different kind of festival and for many – including us – it’s kind of the “Mecca” of electronic music.
In third place is Untold Festival (Cluj‑Napoca, Romania), still on the podium despite some online criticism. Then in fourth is EDC Las Vegas (USA), and in fifth is the iconic Glastonbury Festival (UK), a legendary multi-genre event.

A historic result for Italy: Kappa FuturFestival in Turin enters the top 10 again, moving up to sixth place in 2025. This shows its global success, even though the festival hasn’t taken place yet this year.
7th place goes to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival (USA), confirmed in this position and now a pop culture and multi-genre event. 8th place is for Sunburn Festival (India), one of the biggest festivals in Asia. Back to Europe for Creamfields (UK) in ninth, and we close with the hard dance reference Defqon.1 (Netherlands) in tenth place.
