Charlotte de Witte, the undisputed queen of modern techno, is back to shake up the scene with her new single “The Heads That Know”.
This is the third single from her highly anticipated debut album, which will be called “Charlotte de Witte” and is coming out on November 7, 2025. This track is the final chapter of a series of previews that have set dancefloors on fire all over the world. We all remember her exclusive double appearance on the Tomorrowland mainstage this year, right?
Back to the track, “The Heads That Know” is much more than just a techno song: it’s a tribute to the underground, as de Witte herself explains. The song features fast, metallic basslines, with spacey sine waves and an acid breakdown. There’s also a very interesting feature from Comma Dee (a Welsh producer known for his work in drum & bass, hip hop, and grime), who delivers sharp and poetic rhymes.

The track comes just in time for her 5-day London takeover (see dates below), and it’s available both digitally and on vinyl.
