This Friday, the new Nicky Romero‘s track “Nights With You” out on Universal marks the 1st collaboration between the artist and the worldwide distributor.
“Nights With You” is one of Romero’s most radio-friendly releases so far, showing its softer side: it opens with a floor solo, slowly transforming into waved bass lines and movie acoustic cords. It serves as a solid continuation of Nicky‘s recent important initiatives during quarantine: the launch of his dark side Monocule project (read here), the next level live streaming concept “Another World” (read here), and now the new agreement with Universal.
“It’s a song I loved from the first moment I finished the demo. We reviewed many versions of this record, but I immediately knew we had something special when the acoustic chords arrived. Sometimes, to get the best results and bring out the magic, some track elements have to be preserved as raw. The collaboration with Universal for this version is also exciting news, and I can’t wait to see the next modifications and remixes we have planned”.
