Nothing and nobody can stop him. We might be repeating ourselves (maybe like him?), but it is a fact: every week, there is a new song by David Guetta, a remix, or a remake from the past. It has been happening since the beginning of the year. And we like it!
The newest collaboration of the French artist is another collaboration with the great voice of Bebe Rexha, and yes, also, this is trying to become a hit, at least for the ongoing summer. It is called “One In Million,” and the reference to the past is clear. This time, however, there aren’t third parties samples involved, but Guetta’s own samples. Indeed, “One in a Million” is immediately recognizable as the main sample behind it. Can you recognize it? Let us give you a hint. It is from 2009.
Ok, we have to say it… do you remember “When Love Takes Over” with Kelly Rowland? There you go! The song was an important milestone for the French artist, probably the one that let him into the Hall of Fame. For the most forgetful, it was part of that incredible album called “One Love.”
Hopefully, “One in a Million” will bring luck to the duo, and perhaps they will be able to match the great numbers by “I’m Good (Blue)” worldwide hit (again) in 2023.
