It has been an intense and music-filled two weeks thanks to One World Radio, the official radio station of Tomorrowland, and its Top 1000 chart, which we previously talked about.
The Tomorrowland Top 1000, voted by users in the past weeks/months, has been a long journey through the Dance/EDM scene of the past 13 years: from the early days of the genre to the most recent tracks. It’s proof that the Electronic Dance Music phenomenon has never been just a niche, especially considering that these are “only” a thousand tracks and how fast the production/release process has become in recent times.

Returning to the chart: mini-interviews with the top names in the industry*, listener voices sharing their favorite songs, and snippets from festivals have all contributed to this massive work. One World Radio has written a page in the history books of Dance music (and radio broadcasting) with this meticulous and, to say the least, perfect work.
*Small note: among the many shout-outs from various DJs, there is also the voice of a very young Tim Berg announcing his ‘Seek Bromance.’ The voice was probably retrieved from a radio presentation from back in the day. It gave us goosebumps.
