Here we are at that time of year when the results are in and the world’s best DJs are crowned according to DJ Mag’s much-discussed ranking. Should we expect any surprises this year? Yes—but not at the top.
This year’s awards ceremony took place at UNVRS in Ibiza as part of an extended event. Let’s take a look at the top ten positions.
Let’s start by saying that David Guetta remains the world’s number one DJ this year, taking home the coveted title for the sixth time. His first-place finish is not necessarily the biggest surprise; what is truly remarkable is that he has managed to win the title six times—a record. He is, in fact, the only DJ in the world to have achieved this milestone.
Martin Garrix remains at #2. Despite high-profile collaborations with Ed Sheeran, Madonna and U2, as well as a new album on the way, he has not managed to reclaim the top spot. From this point onwards, the surprises begin, with Anyma taking third place and becoming the first Italian artist ever to reach the podium in this ranking. His work in terms of production is undoubtedly impressive, but a large part of the credit also goes to his audiovisual show, which continues to leave audiences speechless.

Outside the podium, we find Alok, who drops one place compared to 2025, while Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike—clearly going through a less exciting phase in their career—take fifth place. Techno queen Charlotte de Witte climbs six places to reach #6. She is followed by Armin van Buuren (#7), Timmy Trumpet (#8), FISHER in ninth place and Vintage Culture, who even overtakes Calvin Harris.
The complete ranking is available in the graphic below, showing all the rises and falls, comebacks and confirmations. Notable new entries in the Top 100 include Sonny Fodera, Padre Guilherme, Prospa, Shimza and others. ILLENIUM also makes a return.
