Have you ever thought about it? It’s probably every DJ’s dream to play in front of a huge crowd at Tomorrowland and share their own music selection on one of the world’s biggest stages.
The dream of performing at Tomorrowland could soon come true for some of you. The Tomorrowland Academy, an educational platform for DJs and producers, has launched a global competition that gives you the chance to play at Tomorrowland Brasil 2025, happening from October 10 to 12 at Parque Maeda in Itu.
Joining is easy: just register at academy.tomorrowland.com, become a member of the Online Tomorrowland DJ & Producing Academy, and send in a 30 to 45-minute mixtape before September 19, 2025. The winner will get the honor of playing on the stage of The Gathering, the official opening party inside DreamVille, on Thursday, October 9.
The Academy offers detailed courses for DJs and producers of all levels: from basic mixing to producing with Ableton, from creating Afro House and Techno to exclusive masterclasses with artists like James Hype, Agents Of Time, and Afrojack. Along with technical skills, the Academy also teaches important soft skills like finding your own style, reaching out to record labels, and networking with industry professionals.
Some success stories include Ayden Loyde, who opened the Reflection of Love stage at Tomorrowland Winter 2025, and David Herrlich, who won the Belgian edition of the DJ Competition.
With a monthly subscription of €15 (or €165 per year), the Tomorrowland Academy is a top place for anyone who wants to seriously enter the world of electronic music.
