Recently, we discussed the collaboration between the Swedish House Mafia and IKEA (here is our article). Finally, after several months, there are new rumors about the furniture collection that will be on the market.
It consists of three FRAKTA bags. The IKEA FRAKTA collection aims to help producers and DJs to handle cables, laptops, and vinyl in three bags. The entire collection is realized with the typical IKEA material, with the Swedish trio’s design.
The design, to be exact, is curated by Friso Wiersma, an artist raised with music. The Punk-Rock and Pop bands guided his childhood.
Some furniture products of the following collection will be launched on the 9th of June 2022, during the IKEA Festival at the Milan Design Week.
So, the collaboration between Swedish House Mafia and IKEA is finally a reality.
