Steve Aoki has once again activated the time machine with a huge collaboration, which was totally unexpected.
The DJ and producer of Japanese origin has embarked on a journey with his friend Lil Jon. This collaboration is for a remake of the iconic tune named “Get Low,” originally from 2003.
“When we performed at Tomorrowland last year, the energy was unstoppable, and we both knew we had to work on something legendary. ‘Get Low‘ is the perfect example of our true energy.”
Originally released in 2002 as part of the album ‘Kings of Crunk‘, produced by Lil Jon & The East Side Boyz, it was re-launched the following year in January 2003 as a single.
“Get Low” wrote an indelible page in music history and also left its mark on video game history, as it became the soundtrack of the famous car video game Need For Speed Underground. The song now has also a new name and it is: Get Lower.
