Another epic edition is in the books for Ultra Peru. Held from Friday April 18 to Saturday April 19, Ultra delivered an impressive lineup, with more than 45.000 people coming together during 2 days to celebrate and dance across 3 mesmerizing stages made weekend of ULTRA Peru’s 3rd edition was a madness.

Day 1: A Thrilling Kickoff on Lima’s Coast
The opening day saw performances from local heroes Flavia Paurinotto, Ammo Avenue and Chinonegro turned the UMF Radio Stage into a danceable showcase party!

The peak stage of Day 1 of Ultra Peru 2025 was definitely RESISTANCE’. Anhedonia had the stage to ground zero for hardcore thrills when tore through a relentless techno with tribal instinct, shades of groove sounds making every beat a call to jump, stomp and lose yourself in the moment [Our favorite pick]. As dusk fell, ARTBAT guided us on a soaring melodic-techno voyage with amazing visuals before, also some future rave vibes on Sweet Disposition and new track with Morten ‘Culture‘, ‘Hollow’ and outro edit of ‘We Are The People’. Drumcode boss Adam Beyer dropped underground bangers and secret IDs, reinforcing why he’s the BOSS!

Meanwhile on the Mainstage with a brand new design, incorporating the most lasers and lights, the audio is a letdown, probably compromised for not exceeding the maximum permissible decibels, making it nearly to hear anything and not make enjoy the day 1 on principal ground. The Peruvian pride shone with Edd Blaze’s followed by Aviux hometown set, Future Rave pioneering Morten unleashed euphoric mayhem and Oliver Heldens had an stunning intro of ‘Arturo ‘Zambo’ Cavero & Oscar Aviles – Contigo Perú’ [Watch Video], ramped energy to full house groove tracks on ‘Chills (Feel My Love)’ a epic DnB dose ‘Perfect (Exceeder) (1991 Remix)’ and HI-LO new touch on techno tunneling with Soda Stereo – De Musica Ligera Acappella.

Yet it was, Axwell was definitely the highlight of the night on mainstage, at least for us. A fresh intro, classics ‘Antidote’ vs. ‘Miami 2 Ibiza, and cryptic SHM ID, then a spine-tingling finale of Axwell & Ingrosso songs and a tear-jerking ‘One (Your Name) that, yes, we admit is here where all the Peruvian fans jumped without stopping.

Day 2: Electronic and Techno Climax, BASS and Global Powerhouses
On the final Ultra Peru 2025 day we were mainly at the main stage definely was our peak stage, wanted to experience some of the best of the day, although we escaped to the RESISTANCE…
Germany’s Moritz Hofbauer commanded the stage, dropped the best techno melodies for Resistance faithful [Watch Video]. Next, Malóne expertly shifted the energy, injecting pure groove house and tech house selections and the last set that we saw and enjoyed at resistance was, Colyn, cast his unique spell, weaving enigmatic and emotive Melodic House and Techno remixes as ‘Last Night’ and Kid Cudi – Day ‘n’ Nite.

Mykris set marked a before and after in day 2 at MAINSTAGE, made everyone wake up and jump when he delivered the purest bigroom and brought out peruvian raising producer Stephen Hurtley to premiere new Avicii Tribute on Forever Yours Festival Mix, then to Osmani Garcia to premiere an EXCLUSIVE collaboration [WATCH THE VIDEO MOMENT]
One of the best parts of Ultra is when is the official start of BASS and DUBSTEP sets
NGHTMRE, absolutely detonated the stage, unleashing a signature trap and bass perfect for headbangers and make mosh pit on dancefloor. Next up is Black Tiger Sex Machine delivered a truly cinematic spectacle with reminiscent narrative flair, weaving tracks from their latest OMEN EP. BTSM guided fans through a visually stunning saga of conflict, powerful resurgence, and glorious victory.

The absolute certainties of Afrojack don’t need to be details; proved to be festival animal playing hot IDs, and the rest is history.
And closing the festival, Martin Garrix! the set started with the Progressive House hit ‘Gravity’ and super ‘Saga vs. Walking On A Dream’ mashup. AFROJACK’s stellar appearance and make a mega epic making jump! the console failed in the first drop. Huge classics such as ‘Animals’ were played as well as the amazingly uplifting tune ‘Forbidden Voices’. The atmosphere at this point was like nothing that I had ever seen or heard before. New IDs from DubVision and Julian Jordan as brand new collab with Garrix. One of the highlights of the set for me apart from their nostalgic originals was playing ‘Waiting For Love’. Although it was expected more embracing and big flames and more pyrotechnics as the previous edition, that did not limit Garrix to make absolute finale to the most amazing EDM and dance festival to exist.
With production expertly handled by Vastion, ULTRA Peru 2025 masterfully combined its top-tier production, stellar lineup, and that unbeatable location near the beach into a truly unique atmosphere. Even with a more intimate venue and potentially scaled-down stages compared to past edition, the sheer euphoria and infectious fun were undeniable and radiated everywhere. This vibrant energy was reflected in the crowd’s creative spirit – spotting everything from Spiderman, Mario Bros, Teletubbies and Pikachu to even Jesus celebrating Easter week added unforgettable, personal touches. Ultimately, this edition proved exceptionally memorable, showing Ultra’s magic thrives intensely, perhaps even more so, within a setting brimming with such distinct personality
