Another Incredible Chapter of ULTRA Peru: Visual Experience, Hard Beats, and Good Vibes

Another Incredible chapter in the musical history of Peru has come to a close! The fourth edition of the ULTRA Peru festival will be remembered as the biggest one yet. With breaking attendance attracted around 30,000 ravers to Club Cultural Chorrillos in Lima on May 2 also thousands of ravers, not only from Peru, but also from Colombia, Argentina, Costa Rica, and Venezuela, a plethora of production enhancements, 4 stages, varied musical genres, and technological marvels. One day of enchanting melodies and rhythms culminated in a spectacular finale last night, featuring electrifying performances by Subtronics, Jeffrey Sutorius, Mykris, Novah and the highly anticipated set by Eric Prydz on the RESISTANCE stage. And the biggest closing of the night: Steve Angello dropping electronic dance anthems creating a spectacle.

Peruvian Talent on Another Level!

Day started well with the sun splitting the sky and in a Club Cultural tour to the various stages, where we were amazed by the talent of Peruvian artists across a range of genres. Visiting RESISTANCE stage, on the decks the master Art Attack transformed the stage into a hypnotic blend of melodic techno, progressive textures and dark techno atmospheres, charged IDs and deep cinematic transitions. From the unreleased collaboration by Fran Bonetti, Nita and Moodyverse Music, RÜFÜS DU SOL – “Innerbloom” (Rumpus Edit) to his own mysterious ID [audio set available].

DJ and producer Romina Mazzini delivered one of the most explosive local performances on Resistance 2. Making her official debut at ULTRA Peru. Also, we enjoyed for third time with another powerful moment with Anhedonia at ULTRA Peru, he knows how took the Resistance 2 Stage, blending a pack of hard dance vibes and techno in a way that connected immediately with the crowd.

And our big producer Jungle Jack dished out his melodic and house grooves at UMF Radio Stage, we seeing people dancing in a rhythm of ‘Que Sera‘ and his masterful selection of nearly every flavor of house music to Club Cultural Chorrillos.

Hard Dance Madness at Resistance 2

The peak stage was RESISTANCE 2, delivered some of the most intense moments of ULTRA day. The production of structure was incredible, combining massive lighting rigs and a powerful high quality sound system that created a true underground atmosphere in the middle of a major festival. From start to finish, packed of ravers who love the hard and techno energy.

We were delighted from one moment that stood out was during Romina Mazzini when brought hard kicks to heat initial floor, another creating a cool and danceable moment the shining artist Anhedonia who have known very well making jump with ‘Go With The flow’ and throw our best moves and waves in scene with ‘La Sirena’ and ‘It’s a vibe’ + ‘The Ultimate Seduction’. Then Novah appeared for high-energy performance with Papi single, No Good (Start The Dance) edit and ‘Rave baby’ by Bassjackers [Our favorite pick], after that Nico Moreno drops fast, aggressive beats that significantly elevated the energy levels and make a real madness to the fans with “Woops Hard Techno Edit’ [Watch Video]. Reinier Zonneveld delivered a high-energy, acid-techno-fueled closing set at RESISTANCE 2 stage.

Dubstep dose for Headbangers at Mainstage of ULTRA Peru 2026

Subtronics delivered one of the most extreme sets of ULTRA Peru 2026, pushing the festival’s sound, visuals and laser show into darker territory. Built around crushing dubstep and bass end, abrasive riddim texture, the performance was a full sensory assault.

Goosebumps from his remix of Runaway, Rattle, Young & Beautiful, Frank Sinatra ‘My Way’ vs. A.F.B.1. (VIP) that made us cry and get all sentimental and a remarkable closing with ‘crystallized remix’ at over surely bringing joy to Ultra Fans.

Visual and Audio journey with Eric Prydz

Saturday had a lot for ULTRA-goers to be excited about first time ever performance, Eric Prydz in Peru. RESISTANCE stage was where he performed perhaps the best set at the festival yet, it was so packed that there wasn’t space for one more person on the dancefloor; people kept screaming ‘Eric Prydz‘ and clapping to the masterclass in progressive and techno that only the master Eric can create also with Pryda melodies, featuring unreleased IDs, “Voided,” and a notable New Order/Daft Punk mashup bringing a visual experience like cinema with HOLO concept and before the closing stretch delivered the unmistakable crescendo of ‘Opus’ [Watch Video]. Prydz then capped the performance with his private remix of M83’s ‘Midnight City’.

Then, closing out the festival, Swedish House Mafia star member, Steve Angello was finally making his return to Peru lands for this major fest. This closing set was always going to be hyped to the max and markable, not least because he has his new remixes. What we got was a mix of Steve Angello mashups, EDM anthems and everything in between.

He definitely leaned into the Swedden-style in music with Leds off and Lights on only more in this set with Swedish House Mafia beats their nostalgic originals all within just over an hour, close the ULTRA Peru 2026 with Payback together fireworks show.
