Nameless Festival 2025, once again, an unforgettable experience

High expectations were confirmed at this year’s Nameless Festival 2025, which from May 31 to June 2, 2025 turned the province of Lecco into a destination for fans of electronic music. With over 90,000 attendees and an international line-up, Nameless strengthened its reputation and gave us a taste of what’s coming in 2026.

In this article, we’re sharing our experience of this year’s edition along with some news about the next one.

A record-breaking Nameless

From Saturday, May 31 to Monday, June 2, Nameless hosted more than 100 top-tier artists. The Main Stage welcomed massive names like Armin van Buuren, Martin Garrix, The Chainsmokers, Oliver Heldens, Don Diablo and many more. By the end of the weekend, the turnstiles had counted 90,000 attendees. The crowd was a mix of people from all over Italy, Europe and even America, enjoying three days of pure energy and excitement.

  • Main Stage: headliners included Armin van Buuren, Martin Garrix and The Chainsmokers.
  • Fructis Arena: a “green” space with techno and psychedelic sounds and DJ sets by rising talents.
  • Nameless Tent Molinari: an intimate space for bass-oriented sets and refined performances.
  • Red Bull Energy Zone: a lab for electro, house and breakbeat with power hour sessions.

“We reached our goal: to make the experience even more seamless and engaging. Thanks to the team and the crowd for making this incredible festival possible.” – Alberto Fumagalli, CEO & Founder of Nameless Festival

Our DAY 1 at Nameless

Our first day at Nameless started in the early afternoon with one of the festival’s iconic acts, EDMMARO. We had time to settle in to the sound of international hits and Italian classics remixed into psy-trance and hard techno, a set that got everyone moving. We then had the chance to hear NIMINO, a British artist known for his track “I Only Smoke When I Drink“, with over 130 million streams on Spotify. A smooth set with soft visuals, following the style of Claptone, who also officially remixed the track.

After a short break for food and refilling our bottles, we made our way to the front row for Tchami. Absolutely wild. Then came Oliver Heldens, who between hits kicked off his set with the iconic “Viva la fica”, mixing in bangers like Gecko, Let You Go and his remix of Freed From Desire, leading to crowd singalongs and viral clips, some of which ended up on his socials. The day wrapped up with a legend of electronic music, Armin van Buuren. Everything about his set was on point, from the music to the visuals. He was also joined by Italian singer Alessia Labate, who performed “Gimme The Love“. Armin also teased several tracks from his upcoming album, including a collab with Martin Garrix that’s due out later this year.

DAY 1 left us seriously hyped for the rest of the weekend.

Our DAY 2 at Nameless

Keeping the vibe from DAY 1, our second day started with sets from Rudeejay and Merk & Kremont, like EDMMARO, they’re recurring acts and were confirmed again this year. Merk & Kremont also previewed their new unreleased single with Jovanotti, called Oceanica. Then came Malaa, Don Diablo and Martin Garrix. The energy kept rising. Malaa’s dark bass house sounds (Confession), Don Diablo’s mix of house, drum & bass and future house (Hexagon), and Martin Garrix’s progressive and mainstage house vibes (STMPD) all blew us away. Chills from the intros, massive visuals and an atmosphere straight out of the world’s biggest festivals. Martin also gave us an exclusive #Premiere, the same one Armin had played the night before.

We ended DAY 2 with the clear feeling that this festival keeps getting better each year. The organization, the partners, and the line-up were all spot on. The only doubt? DAY 3, with heavy rain expected from the afternoon.

Our DAY 3 at Nameless

DAY 3 turned out to be a big surprise. Despite the uncertain weather, the line-up kept the experience top notch. Things kicked off with the fresh, funky sound of Mr. Belt & Wezol, who delivered their signature groovy house, blending radio-friendly remixes of house classics with club-focused tracks full of contagious energy. Then came BUNT with a mix of UK-garage and hard techno. He closed with his edit of Sweet Disposition x Wait and jumped straight into the crowd. When Nero hit the stage, the vibe totally shifted. The iconic UK trio (represented by Daniel Stephens) recently made a comeback and delivered a dark, cinematic show packed with heavy basslines and dystopian visuals. Classics like Promises and Satisfy were included, of course. Closing out the night were The Chainsmokers, who kept the crowd going till the very end despite a bit of rain, playing global hits like Closer and Something Just Like This. A perfect ending to three unforgettable days.
