MTV VMAs 2025 – All the winners (list)

On September 7, 2025, at the UBS Arena in Elmont (New York), the 42nd edition of the MTV Video Music Awards (MTV VMAs) took place.

As we told you in our introductory article, this year there were many categories that allowed users to vote and support their favorite artist. As many as 19 between classic and open-to-all categories (for public voting) plus 6, where instead the vote was reserved for industry professionals. The MTV VMAs, let us remember, are a very ambitious award in the music world and related to music videos.
The 2025 edition saw Lady Gaga (4), Sabrina Carpenter (3) and Ariana Grande (2) triumph over the others with the highest number of awards. Following them are the new Pop revelations such as Alex Warren, LiSA, Doechii, as well as the undisputed and always present Bruno Mars, Kendrick Lamar, Coldplay and Shakira.

In the “Dance” field, unfortunately, this year the MTV VMAs did not offer much, but during the evening there was a beautiful performance by J Balvin and Dj Snake. Here is the list of winners divided by categories for the 48th edition of the MTV VMAs of 2025.
