The 2026 edition marks a new era for Sónar in Barcelona. It remains one of the most influential festivals for electronic music, avant-garde art and digital culture.
The first announcement includes 31 artists. Big names like Kelis, Skepta, Charlotte de Witte, Amelie Lens, Modeselektor, Boys Noize, Nia Archives, WhoMadeWho already show the direction of this edition. It is clear that Sónar 2026 aims to make a strong impact.
For the first time, the festival will take place in a single venue: the Fira Barcelona – Gran Via. It will offer three days of continuous music, from the afternoon until dawn. The format is new and designed for a smooth and immersive experience. There will be six stages, indoor and outdoor, with updated visuals and new audiovisual shows.
Sónar+D also returns. It is the well-known congress focused on innovation, creativity and digital technologies. This edition will include immersive installations, interactive art and professional meetups.
