Despite the Afro House wave seeming to slowly drift away, much to the delight of some and the disappointment of others, there are still big names choosing to release tracks within this musical horizon.
And what better time of the year than the opening of the festival season, with summer just around the corner? It’s the perfect moment for, 
once again, collaborating with the voice of A7S while also drawing from the African club culture know-how of Shimza for an Afro House track that lets us enjoy the first mild temperatures of the year.
The new Topic’s song is called “Missing You“, and we also featured it in episode #347 of Best of Today #Release. It’s the classic Afro House track that transports you with its sweet harmonies and a vocal that instantly gets stuck in your head.
This collaboration between Topic and Shimza doesn’t seem destined to remain a one-off: the two artists are already working on new projects set to be released during 2026, while Shimza will bring his format Shimza & Co to Miami during the Miami Music Week.
