The situation about the global pandemic is still pretty negative. However, in the context of the summer festivals, optimistic news keeps arriving. This is the case of Electric Forest 2021 that follows the example of Untold (we talked about it here).
The organizers of the festival, with the approval of the Rothbury Village Council, communicated at the Forest Fam that the dates for the summer 2021 edition are a likely hypothesis.
This notice makes the fans very happy. Unfortunately, the popular event located in Rothbury, in Michigan (USA), was unable to celebrate its tenth birthday due to Coronavirus. A birthday was rescheduled from June to September 2020 but, obviously, without success.
For this reason, this time, the Rothbury Village Council has been provident. The insiders have chosen two possible alternative weekends in August. The alternative dates should be the weekends between the 12th and the 15th of August and between the 19th and the 22nd of August.
A case that, no matter how things will go, teaches us, once again, that hope never dies. Stay tuned for more updates!
EDIT: on the 23rd of April, the organization announced the event’s cancellation and the rescheduling for 2022.
