On the late evening of Saturday, March 2nd, as previously announced in our article, the Brit Awards 2024 took place at the O2 Arena in London. The crème de la crème of the Pop, Dance, Rock, and Alternative music worlds competed in this 44th edition of the prestigious British competition.
Among the many artists vying for recognition were several spectacular performances. Notably, Dua Lipa, Becky Hill alongside Chase & Status, Ellie Goulding with Calvin Harris, and the cherry on top, Kylie Minogue, graced the stage.
The voting, which this year took place through the social accounts of the Brit Awards, determined the winners of the 2024 edition. The absolute star was RAYE, who took home a whopping 6 statuettes, setting a record in this music competition. Those of us in the Dance world got to know her through Make it To Heaven by David Guetta, then again in Tequila by Jax Jones or Secrets by Regard back in 2020. Her latest appearance in the Dance world is in Casso’s recent hit, Prada.
