Apple Music has announced a collaboration with Goldenvoice, the team behind the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, for Head Trip, a one-of-a-kind event taking place on October 10 and 11 at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.
Apple Music will be the official livestream partner and will broadcast the Main Stage sets on both days, taking the experience beyond the venue and allowing fans on the other side of the world to enjoy an event with a truly stellar lineup. The lineup includes Calvin Harris, Skrillex, Swedish House Mafia, FISHER b2b Chris Lake with Under Construction, Peggy Gou b2b Four Tet and Dom Dolla b2b Kettama.
This is Apple Music’s first partnership of this scale in the festival space, reinforcing the platform’s commitment to supporting dance and electronic music culture through livestreams and audio archives.
The project also builds on Apple Music Club Radio and its DJ Mix programme.
