ULTRA South Africa, Africa’s largest electronic music festival, will return in March 2023 for its eighth edition.
This year’s Cape Town event and Johannesburg saw the festival return to its original location. Ultra will be back at that expansive venue once again on March 10 and 11, complete with performances from electronic music’s most celebrated artists.

ULTRA South Africa has unveiled the headliners performing at this year’s festival! Swedish progressive house superstar Alesso make long-awaited return. Fisher is set to make his first-ever performance at Ultra South Africa, while Timmy Trumpet will be bringing his sound to South Africa for the first ever!
