Exactly two years after the release of “PRTCL,” already produced by the boss label Nicky Romero to celebrate the milestone of the 100th releases on his label, Protocol Recordings. On 15 May, the Dutch studio celebrated the release #200 with a new bonus track called: Techno (Nicky Romero Edit).
After the masterpieces as “Champions Sound” and “Deep Dark Jungle,” the Israeli duo Teamworx comes back to a collab with Nicky, thanks to his edit of Techno. The track takes you immediately to Teamworx‘s sound and their use of the deepest and obscure synths.
Established in 2012, in six years, Protocol Recordings managed to publish 100 tracks. After “PRTCL” in 2018, it took them two years to hit 200. These data tell us how Protocol Recordings was committed to its growth. On EDM Lab, we follow this label assiduously and play every Protocol’s release on our radio show, including Techno (Nicky Romero Edit). We believe that this is the best way to homage one of the biggest labels in the EDM scene.
