In the new EP “Melody & Silence” by The Knocks, we can find three covers and the collaboration with Foster The People. Especially in “Bittersweet Symphony,” the New York-based duo and the Synth-Rock Californian group do their best to pay homage to the 1997 classic by The Verve. Mark Foster’s voice remembers a bit that one of Richard Ashcroft. His voice adapts perfectly to the Urban-Electro sound without denaturing the original version.
