Chandrika Darbari aka RIKA, is an Anglo-Indian singer born in 2000 who aims to make herself known to the general public, with support from Galantis.
The Swedish duo’s electro-funk production in “Hooked (Hot Stuff)” and her choice of an unmistakable Donna Summer (1979) sample are ideal for getting noticed. She has been in business since 2017 and also likes to experiment on reggae/R&B sounds, but sometimes it is necessary to take a few shortcuts, in life as in the record industry.
