After the interim “Exotica,” for Purple Disco Machine is the moment to aim again to the charts with “Fireworks.” The German producer doesn’t denature his sound but adds tropical shades in the refrain and a children’s choir recorded in some New York schools. The latter idea came from the New York-based duo The Knocks, which collaborates at the creation of the track, and the Britain singer-songwriter Moss Kena, which is the pupil of Kendrick Lamar. “Fireworks” should be part of Purple Disco Machine’s new album, the sequel of “Soulmatic,” published in 2017.
