Since the benny blanco producer went on his own in 2018, he has given us some quality singles. Starting from “Eastside” to the brand new “You,” he confirms himself as an exponent of good feelings in the lyrics and softer electro-pop in terms of sounds. The collaborations are consistent, both with the colleague Marshmello (memorable his love songs) and with the Australian singer-songwriter Vance Joy. In the end, “You” would also fit nicely on an album by the same indie-folk artist, who is about to collect another global-hit after “Riptide” and “Lay It On Me.”
