The music releases don’t stop, not even during the mid-August holidays, and this applies to both smaller and bigger artists, as we’ve shown in our Best of Today #Release.
But stepping back a few days from the usual Friday release date, an unexpected collaboration emerges. The Blessed Madonna teams up with one of the most iconic voices in the PopDance scene, Kylie Minogue.
Both artists recently returned from their Ibiza experiences, where they had the chance to test this track, ‘Edge Of Saturday Night.’ Now, the time is ripe for its release. The song reflects the house-inspired style typical of the American producer, with a nod to the radio world, softening the beat with plenty of piano riffs that make it truly beautiful.
As has often been the case in recent years/months, this track was conceived during the long pandemic period that we all went through. For many artists, it was a time to focus on creating new music for the future. Now, after four years, ‘Edge Of Saturday Night’ arrives just in time for the height of summer, and who knows, it might stay with us through the winter of 24/25.
Oh, and the track also previews The Blessed Madonna’s upcoming debut album, Godspeed, set to release on October 11, 2024.
