This year, as is usual, we at EDM Lab have gathered all the best Future Rave #releases in our Spotify playlist “The Future Is Here,” which you can find here.
In 2023, Future Rave didn’t achieve tremendous success, at least not what we expected. However, many artists have dedicated themselves to this genre, making it very hybrid by enriching it with sounds from other EDM music subcultures. Among the notable artists in this genre, we can’t help but mention MORTEN and David Guetta, the pioneers, actually. But among others, there are also names like D’Angello & Francis, Zack Martino, and Dada Life. There are even some experiments by Nicky Romero or Afrojack.
In short, despite various changes, Future Rave has garnered a decent following. Today, there is a good niche of artists and fans who love and dedicate themselves to this shade of EDM. Therefore, we couldn’t end the year without mixing our selection. So, our end-of-the-year mix is now available, as always entrusted to Francesco Podda a.k.a. SineFlow.
