Eryc Prydz: the press statement about his Holosphere set 2021

Eryc Prydz

A few months ago, the Swedish icon Eryc Prydz had announced an amazing 2021. His spectacular and exclusive “Holosphere” set should have taken place both at Creamfields and Tomorrowland.

However, it seems that, on Reddit, someone claims that Creamfields has canceled the slot of the holographic format. Despite this, Eryc Prydz is still present in the line-up.

The most likely hypothesis seems to be the conflict with the “Holosphere” set at Tomorrowland. This latter was rescheduled for August and September. The organization has identified two new weekends to reschedule the event (we have talked about it here). One of these is the weekend between the 27th of August and the 29th. If it is, these festivals would coincide because Creamfields is scheduled for the same dates.

Therefore, due to logistic problems, the “Holosphere” set will hardly be held in both festivals during the same days.

The situation will be certainly made clear as soon as possible. At the moment, neither the Swedish producer nor Creamfields published official announcements about this story.

EDIT: Eryc Prydz’s team and the organizations of both festivals have reached an agreement. They announced, through a press statement, that the “Holosphere” show has been canceled from both festivals’ line-up. The show is rescheduled for 2022.
