Calvin Harris (real name Adam Richard Wiles) has a lot to celebrate these days. Not only has he launched a series of fantastic releases through Love Regenerator (we talked about it here), but he also had a big win on the real estate front. The famous Scottish DJ / producer has been trying to sell some of his situe properties in Los Angeles for years now, and has finally found a buyer.

Wiles has just sold his elegant Hollywood Hills complex for a not inconsiderable sum of 7 million dollars, a little more than the same price for which he bought it back in 2013, to technology entrepreneur Stephen Garden.
